We are looking at moving to OTRS - though it's not as refined as this baby, it gets updated and is live...
Such a shame :(

I never herd of OTRS before, I went to their website tho to check them out, that have a video that explains how to use their software, and by the looks of it, they update their software pretty regularly.
OTRS looks like a pretty advance piece of software, with tons of features..
I am just more familiar with Osticket and how it works, i would hate to go to a new system and have to learn it....
and its been like 4 months or so since the development teem had mentioned the next release was going to be released in the coming weeks, they did'nt say coming months lol...
I do know of all the hard work that goes into something like this, and we all are really gratefulfor the developers and this software...
the only problem people are having is like in 2 more months or so it would have been a year and a half since the software was last updated.
I have been patiently waiting because i know its going to be a good release when they do release it with added features and functionality.
