I have a 'fork' of Os-Ticket that addresses some popular issues I have noticed browsing the mods section.
Time keeping, scheduling/calendaring (via Ical compliant messages tested with exchange/iphones should work with any ICal compliant calendar some tweaks may be needed), Real time status updates, backend UI updates. Open->Closed->Ready to Bill->Billed workflow. Work order generation to .pdf format (some information hard coded, but easy enough to modify). Ability to assign tickets to customers on the backend, as well as add/update/edit customer information. Two 'technician' assignments to a ticket. There are probably somethings I am forgetting.
There is no install of this, but if anyone with a little knowledge of php/mysql etc would like I wouldn't mind dumping the new table structures and supplying the source code.
