We use our ticket as an IT support helpdesk and it would be nice to see a calendar which allows entries on it that can be linked to a ticket number. For example, if we have a new starter whom starts on a particular date, this can be recorded in the calendar. In that calendar entry is a link to the ticket of the new user details, what they require etc. A reminder for this should pop up at a set amount of days/weeks before to ensure all work is completed by the start date.
