Just want to say thanks for this rockin software! I should have started using this three years ago when I started my online business. Email sucks for customer support.
Looking forward to staying more organized with Os Ticket.
The only thing I wish that was different was that users could register for an account and use their email and password to login to check tickets rather than having to enter in the ticket number.
But hey, it still rocks and from what I have seen seems to be the best free Ticket System, so I am not complaining! That's is just more of a wishful feature.

BTW it was a little tricky getting everything to work with the Fantastico install on hostgator but I figured it out thanks to the great posts I found on here.

P.S. Now if you guys just made an awesome OS Forum, or is that what this is? SMF seems to be good for my purposes.
