I have an iPhone and have just found that my OSTicket install can not be operated from it as I expected it would.

I do not know what makes the iPhone browser different from any other but the log in page displays but the log in attempt fails.

Given the shear nature of the function of OSTicket - providing support, I would have thought that having this available to use via mobile would be a priority to allow use when away from the computer. This would be particularly helpful in my case of given hosting support to clients of my hosting business (http://hostpost.co.uk)

Is this something in development yet please?

That is very odd? I tried over and over and each time I just get returned to the log in screen.

What iPhone are you using, I have the older 2G.

I have the new one, 3G.

You can keep contact with the IPhone supporter to get some advie from them. Maybe 2G ver could not support os ticket
