Forgot to update this.... oops. LOL
Well, it has been fixed and from what my hosting service support said, the forwarder was set up incorrectly. I guess what was happening is it was sending the email to osTicket AND somewhere else. At this point, my catchall was grabbing it, attaching the error and sending it back.
It is working now and I have set up two other accounts to forward to osTicket and have not had any other problems.
