Maybe an extra feature is to implemented a timespend field.

In the overview window you have then the total spend time per ticket.

Also a nice feature is also to see how long a particular helpdesk engineer is working on a ticket or department.

If we have this than we can extend osticket with timetracking capabilities.(Every day a engineer needs to log 8 hours in the tickets)

Also we can generate reports how long we are working for a customer.

We are debating about migrating our ticketing system outright from RT to this as RT has many cool features, most of which we do not use, but one of them is the Time Worked, comment and totaling, which I am amazed is not in this system at all..I would have thought it would have been a standard!
