Re-Occuring Ticket for Customer
Customized Email Template so you can have your own logo in the email
Finally detailed reports based up on client db.
I would love to see the customer Database for ease of use, to verify customer credentials and to make your own tickets based upon customer db.
A re-occuring Ticket (like a scheduler) This ticket can be scheduled daily,weekly even monthly. This would be great for routine service. Every scheduled task is assigned to a specific customer and when that ticket is closed the client then recieves an email "dear client, the following services were performed today blah blah blah"
Having your logo in the Email gives the system a more personal touch, This I wouldnt mind donating for at all.
Last wouldnt it be nice to be able to print off a year end report of the clients support tickets or email to them documenting the work performed for that time line.
