I have set the smtp correctly in the admin panel. when I email tickets@mydomain.com I don't get the message displayed as a ticket system. Yes I have set the tickets@mydomain.com in the control panle.

I am running windows 2003 server and installed the latest software.

I have managed to get this working on the windows 2003 server. I should have read instructions more closley. I had to run cron job and that was it.

Any one needs any help pm me....

email not working ..

I setup the email account in POP3 with a valid account and set the php.ini with

proper smtp server information I got one email one time and after that it just didn't work. The support page is internal and exchange doesn't require authentication to send emails. Strange. I tried changing all kinds of settings and sitll no email on new ticket or helpticket responses. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Frank
