Running v1.18.2 and LDAP Plugin 0.6.2
We have a Director that's an occasional Agent. He tried to log in today as an Agent and he gets a message that he has to change his password. If he tries to enter the existing password and a new password it says his old password is wrong.
I think this is because he did change the password when I was setting it up and hadn't set the Authentication Backend to LDAP, it was on Use Any Available. It's now on LDAP.
From the searching I've done I think I need to go to the staff table in the database and set change_passwd to 0. My problem is I don't know how I'm getting to the staff table. Sorry, I'm used to GUIs and SSMS.
I know this isn't strictly an osTicket problem but one of my lack of knowledge, however I appreciate any help you can provide.
