OSticket 1.17.2
One of our agents had an issue logging in and requested a password reset email. I believe the root of the login issue was a cookie/browser cache issue. We cleared cache and cookies, he can login, but it is asking him to reset his password before continuing. It won't accept anything for his original password (understandable) and he can't break out of the loop. I've tried some suggestions from old posts without any luck, but some of the interfaces have changed and they may not be valid anymore.
Is there something in the database I can manually update to clear this for his account?
