Hello, I upgraded to v1.18.2p5. Everything works, but when I reply to a ticket I get a “File not found” error. When I click the Back button, I’m redirected to the ticket system and the reply has been sent. Any idea?

Wrong forum. You are not using core osTicket; you are using a heavily modified instance. Contact the modders directly for support with their mod.
