Where do we add a custom (!!) colum which shows a custom field? We created several field such as "Workplace" with several options we would like to add to a custom queue. Adding a new colum just offers a list of items to select from. How do we add a new field that is not listed in this dropdown?

You must first add the column in any Queue then it becomes available in other Queues. If you look at the Add Column dropdown in the Column management tab and you scroll to the bottom you'll see "Add New". If you select this option it'll give you a popup to add a new Column. Simply set the Primary Data Source to the custom field and voila. Please note that if the fields are not on the Ticket Details Form you will not be able to export them.
