We have been using osTicket for many years. The most requested feature by our agents is a recycle bin function. Sometimes they accidentally delete tickets, which is always a problem, especially if it was a long thread. They don’t want a Delete button — they want a Move to Recycle Bin button. All tickets in the recycle bin should be automatically deleted after a week or so.
