Hi I'm new to osTicket and have inherits a site from a former colleuge with no documentation on how this was setup from the beginning. Anyway we have updated to latest v1.18.2 (53339df) but the issue I think was already there and that is auto-response mail to the submitter. When I mail some of the emails in osTicket I get the auto-response mail and if a Agent respond submitter gets the mail, all good, Then we have 3 email addresses that does not behave like this even in the ground setting auto-response is on, I checked department, teams and the auto-reponse disable box is not checked. I can see in the log that we have a email loop, claiming that we are using " appears as though support.dk@xxxx.xx is being used as a forwarded or fetched email account and is also being used as a user / system account. Probably there more issues, but does anyone why this happens when it have been working before
