Hello everyone!
I'm working on a self-hosted osticket platform, and now I'm customizing the email templates.
The problem that I have is with the email received when a user asks for a ticket status.
There's fill up the email and ticket number fields, and receive an email with some texts and links that I can't find in the default templates.
Maybe that email isn't editable? Or I'm looking in the wrong places.
