Add List with check boxes

I'd like to add an entry to the Built-In Forms "Ticket Details" that's a check box for Building. We have multiple buildings and a ticket could apply to any combination of them, so having A, B, C, D, A+B... would be unwieldy.

I've added a List for this, with Items A, B, C, D and Properties with the same items and each set to Checkbox. After adding this to a Form I've changed the Field Setup to Multiselect. This works but it's not as obvious as I would like (for the Users), but is there any other way I'm missing?

So you want a field that allows a user to select one or more buildings, right? If so, then creating a list and having it set to multi-select is the best option.

To note, maybe I'm confused or misread your post but I don't know why you set properties that are the same as the item itself for each item. Properties they are not required.

Kevin, thanks. I had missed the multi-select when I first tried this and couldn't get the checkbox to work for doing this. The multi-select will work.

Also, I'm the confused one. Not sure why I had entered them in properties, but in my defense I've been trying lots of things out. Can confirm I removed the properties and it still works.
