admin area access problem

I'm using version 1.18.2 and migrated from cPanel to an Ubuntu VM. I'm creating the DNS and certificate via Cloudflare, but the Osticket admin area only works via HTTP. The admin area doesn't work via HTTPS; I type the password and it returns to the login screen. After typing it a few times, it logs in, but when I click on a menu, it returns to the login screen. It works without problems via HTTP.

Sounds like maybe you don’t have things properly configured on the web server or something. Check to see if the webserver is configured properly for HTTPS. Typically when you have HTTPS setup you should also be forcing HTTPS as it’s most secure for you and your users. You can also try clearing all sessions from the database and restarting the webserver (and PHP-FPM if you’re running it) to see if that helps.

I created a .conf file in Apache for SSL, with the SSL parameters and the certificate. Via HTTP, it works perfectly. Via HTTPS, I only have problems with the /scp page, which is the administration page.
Even forcing HTTPS, I can't use the /scp page. The page opens but doesn't complete the login.

Did you clear you cache, cookies, and sessions when accessing the site via HTTPS? If you go from HTTP to HTTPS without new cookies then it can have issues for sure.
