hi am failing to receive Notifications when a user is trying to create an account.
am using exchange server in my environment..

Are you getting other emails? Have you added a system email and configured SMTP for it? If so, have you checked your System Logs for any Mailer Errors? Have you ensured that both your Default System Email and Default Alert Email options are set to the desired System Email (Admin Panel > Emails > Settings)?

this is the configuration i have. Am using an on premise exchange server. Am not getting anything from osticket.

For the support@ and alerts@ emails do you have SMTP configured for them within osTicket? If not that’s your issue.

Thanks let me work around on that. they were not configured.
