Error configuring remote Mailbox in Osticket 1.18.2

Greetings to forum users, I'm having the following issue with Osticket version 1.18.2 and Exchange 2013. I've tried the solutions listed in previous questions related to this error, but none of them solved my problem. Do you have any other solutions?

Looks to be a firewall or network issue. The system cannot connect to that host and port. Try telnet to the host and port on the server CLI to see if you can connect that way.

Hi KevinTheJedi, thanks for your reply. When I telnet to the mail server I get a connection. Both servers are on the same network. I've attached an image of when I telnet.

Then you should check your server logs and/or mail server logs to see where the connection is having issues. There would be nothing in osTicket other than the error you see on the screen.
