I tried connecting my osticket installation to exchange online and i have done all the neccessary steps on azure and checked the ini file and have also ran this command
Set-CASMailbox -Identity (the email address) -ImapEnabled $true
Set-OrganizationConfig -OAuth2ClientProfileEnabled $true
It keeps showing connection closed when trying to enable imap for remote fetch. It accepts the oauth2 settings but wont let me enable, My osticket version is v1.17.5 (7c20036). Thank you for helping. Amazing product by the way.
SMTP works but this cloud account wont work for Imap.
Pls note that it accepted the oauth authentication from azure but on trying to enable, it gives connection closed.
