We are running 1.17.5 on RHEL8, Mysql 8, php 8.1
We recently noticed that frequently tickets submitted through the /osticket/ portal are disappearing (or never being created?) after notifications to teams have been sent out through email. Also, the emails from these disappeared tickets have malformed links that link back to a ticket ID and number different from the ones displayed in text in the email.
I intend to get off this server (somehow, the mysql logging stopped working 7 months ago, it turns out) but I was wondering if this was something related to having too many tickets (we have a total of 4,990, both open and closed, at the moment) or a known issue.
This hasn't been a problem so far with tickets that are emailed and polled into the database.
