Hide a priority for a customer (edit _ticket_priority ispublic not working)

Good morning,
I would like to hide a specific priority in the customer view, but even after modifying the is_public column in the _ticket_priority table at the database level, nothing changes.
I also tried editing the PHP code, but it didn’t help. How can I achieve this?

There is currently no way to natively hide priorities. You would need to modify the codebase to accomplish this. When modifying the codebase you are always on your own as you are deviating from core. The code is open source and publicly available on Github. Github has a great search tool and even a code tree/glossary that aids in navigating the code. You will proceed at your own risk. Good luck!
