Agents can log in Chrome/Edge, users cannot (Firefox Only)

I have held off on upgrading because both times (1.17.6 or 1.18.2), it broke all the views(open, answered, assigned to me, etc) for agents, where no tickets would be listed (empty view)

Well you need to be using the latest as there may have been a bug that has already been addressed, etc. So to avoid running in circles and chasing a lead that's already been addressed you should always test on the latest version with all the latest prerequisites.

I just updated to 1.18.2

Same issue exists for the user across multiple machines and browsers. Firefox does still work for some reason, but not on chrome, edge, or vivaldi.

EDIT: This is happening to multiple non-agent users as well, more people have reported it since my last update.

Restart apache, clear all cache/cookies/sessions, and retest. Is it still only Firefox working? Or are all browsers not logging them in?

I restarted Apache2 already as I had to up my memory in php.ini to 512M to help with the views not working (fix from one of your other replies).
We have 3 registered users having issues that I know of right now.
two of them I have tested logging in on their machines on chrome and edge, no error appears. just refreshes to login screen, osticket logs show login successful.
I have tried those same logins on my laptop with edge and vivaldi, same issue. I just installed chrome for 1st time on my laptop, still didn't work.
I install firefox and tried both logins, both users are properly logged in.

Is there something in the database/tables that needs clearing?

That's completely odd... why would it work on one but not the other if you cleared all cache/cookies/sessions. Maybe PHP-FPM is holding on to the sessions? If you are running PHP-FPM restart that as well.

Do you see any browser/console errors in your browser's Developer Tools?

I just rebooted the entire server, same issue
Cleared caches/cookies, tried private/incognito modes, etc
Console shows some compatibility errors, but it shows its for firefox too:

Still only works in firefox.

this is my ost_session table, is it worth clearing it out?

Holy shit (that's a LOT)... yea! 🤣 Just be warned that it will log everyone out (User and Agents).

To note, you should have a cron job running that cleans expired sessions. If not, I'd highly recommend configuring one so it does this automatically.

Did not help... no clue what is going on here.
I even rebooted after just to be safe.
Cleared cookies, private/incognito, etc multiple browsers all same issue with the two users.

I had my colleague try the two logins from his Edge and Chrome browser, and he can log in no problem.
He is in the same office as me, same network, both on Windows 11.

This is a really strange issue, not sure where it would be stemming from.
