Hello! I have this issue with a production osticket site. Whenever I try to export a list of tickets, the modal Export is not opening after I hit export. There is only an ongoing loading wheel. In the network tab I get a 500 server that points to a jQuery error for the AJAX call. The site is in AWS infrastructure. The same dev site is working OK with no problems in export. The dev site is on a Plesk Apache server. When I tried to display errors only some warnings and depreciations appeared and nothing related to exporting. Any help would be greatly appreciated. You need to check all possible logs (general server logs, webserver error logs, PHP error logs, MySQL/MariaDB error logs, osTicket System Logs, Browser Console logs, etc.) for any related errors.
