I just installed OSticket with zero customizations. Having a problem similar to others I've seen here, where a new user tries to register an account, receives a confirmation email with a link to "confirm your account": "Please follow the link below to confirm your account and gain access to your tickets."
But that link just goes to the support portal landing page and does not authenticate them.
I've set the log level to "debug", but nothing shows up there.
Knowing that I needed to change file permissions for the API pipe, is there another file that needs different permissions to make this email authentication work?
