We're looking to upgrade from osTicket v1.9.14 to v1.18.2.
We'll be running a Cloudlinux server so choices of MYSQL and PHP.
Whats the easiest way to upgrade? Thx in advance.

Thank you for that link, one question though. Can I upgrade direct to 1.18.2 or is it best to upgrade in stages, i.e. go through all the releases?
Directly upgrade. If you have any plugins currently installed make sure you have the new builds in place before running the upgrader.
Is there any paid support available to do this upgrade for us? We done a server move and current old system is no longer sending and receiving emails.
Yes, we do offer support. We no longer have per-incident support so commercial support is all we offer for now. Otherwise it’s the forum or your on your own.
