Stuck on endless loading

Hi,

We are facing an issue in our portal where whenever a new accounts wants to register the page just keeps stuck on a endless loading ...
For starters, where is the logging when a account registers for new account I can try to start debugging this.
Anyone else experienced similar issues?
Any help would be much appreciated, thanks.

You are using a modified version of osTicket. You’ll need to retest using a vanilla installation and if you can’t replicate you know it’s likely the modifications. We can only assist with installations that haven’t been modified.
You need to post a screenshot of Admin Panel > Dashboard > Information.

You are using an outdated version of osTicket that is no longer supported. You will need to upgrade osTicket to the latest, supported version of v1.18.2. This new version does introduce new PHP requirements of 8.2-8.4 so you'd additionally need to upgrade PHP.
You will need to remove all modifications. Typically when you have issues with a modified version it's likely an issue with the mods or an issue that was introduced by a modification (as it wasn't cleanly implemented or didn't account for all functions properly). So you always need to test on a completely vanilla install to ensure the issue is with the codebase/environment and not with the mods.

Even from 'vanilla' osTicket same issue (see screenshot)

I've updated to latest version of osTicket issue but no luck ...
If i set the PHP version to 8.2 i get blank screen FYI, so currently still on 8.1

Then you have something going on with your mods; you can still see the mods in your screenshot. You likely get blank page due to your mods. v1.18.2 supports PHP 8.2-8.4 so if your install doesn't work with 8.2 then you have something going on which is likely the mods. Check all possible logs on the server for any related errors.
