Im getting an Error 500 when saving a ticket. (osTicket v1.18.2) If I look and the freshly saved ticket there ist no discussion or options shown (screenshot)

Check your PHP/webserver error logs for any related errors. Also, post a screenshot of Admin Panel > Dashboard > Information.
