my name is Ela, and I recently moved our old helpdesk to a new domain. I managed to migrate everything from our old helpdesk and upgrade it to a stable version. I edited the pdf ticket version for printing. We noticed that when we open a new ticket or jus try to edit one and click save it sends me to an 500 error page this is the link: helpdesk24.com.hr/scp/tickets.php?a=open, but when I click back it shows me the saved the ticket and changes made in the ticked. I'm pretty new to this so I'm learning as I go, any help is appreciated. If I need to give you more info, please specify which.
