Remove - Optional response to the above issue.

Helo,
Does anyone know how to remove it "Optional response to the above issue" that part from the ticket?
I don't need it and I wouldn't want to have it.

Can anyone help me how to delete that part or at least make it invisible when I create a new ticket?

You’d need to modify the code. When modifying the code you are always on your own as you are deviating from core. The code is open source and publicly available on GitHub. GitHub has a great search tool and even a nifty code tree/glossary that aids in navigating the code. You will proceed at your own risk. Good luck!

Thank you for your answer. I understand that I have to change the code (delete that part) but I'm not sure which file it is. Can you help me by telling me the name of the file i.e. which file does that part refer to?

I tried to change the file 'include/staff/ticket-open.inc.php'
but unfortunately I didn't succeed.
