I am new to osticket but everything is up and running great.

I wanted to create a knowledge base and everything looks good.

I added a category, the admin group is enabled to manage categories and FAQ.

I have added a public category but when I click on FAQs that gets me to this page http://ultimatecapturepageshelp.com/scp/kb.php(http://ultimatecapturepageshelp.com/scp/kb.php) I do not have the ability to add a FAQ.

Is there something I could be missing that is simple or is there something more complicated that I need to explore?

Embarrassing but will leave this here...

When I clicked on Categories I saw my category but to add a FAQ I needed to click on the Category hyperlink.

I was expecting a button to show up above the WYSIWYG box like the categories and many other sections of the back office.
