We have AD on the premises and wanted to integrate it with the OS ticket setup through LDAP authentication and lookup plugin, as well as instances. Followed the official documentation and videos, but it was not implemented.
What should be added or made changes to Internal Notes: Plugin description and instructions of both the LDAP Plugin and creation of instances to be done.
