The plugin has been active... we have months of agent activity... and no audit data. Filter set to "Agent". Nothing in the php log file related to the osTicket product.

I hate to tell you this but you didn’t finish setting up the plugin. You need to click Instances, add an instance, and enable the instance. Then the plugin will start tracking audits.

So after completing the setup steps, it's still not logging any activity. Screenshots attached.
Look at the filter at the top. It’s currently set to show Department audits. Change it to Tickets or something, click Go!, and retest.
