Hi,
I saw many questions on this forum about marking tickets as answered or not, but I did not find anything about my following question.
I'm using osTicket v1.18.1 on my NAS Synology.
Sometimes, I reply to people and close their ticket.
But the ticket is reopened just because they thank me, for example.
This reply does not really need another answer, so I would like to close it, and the ticket to be automatically marked as read.
How can I do it ?
