There are zero core plugins that do reporting. The only native reporting we have is the Dashboard Reports and the Exports from Tickets Queues/Searches. This is planned for after v2.0 so stay tuned!

Also, 1.15.x is super old and outdated so you need to upgrade ASAP to be inline with the latest security standards, to utilize the latest supporting requirements (PHP, MySQL, webserver), etc.

That’s why you shouldn’t customize the code so heavily. You are now way behind and vulnerable to many critical security issues.

You could use a third-party software for reporting. I use Metabase, It connects directly to your OS Ticket DB and works like a charm. See screenshot.
