We have OSTicket running two departments, I just updated from 1.17.4 to 1.18.2 and noticed that the count of tickets seen by all agents in all departments under "Open" now includes tickets from ALL departments instead of just tickets from departments they have access to. 😞

However the department my agent account is in only has 7 open tickets, nearly all of the numbers here are made up by a different department that I am not attached to in any way. Furthermore, the page selector at the bottom is showing four pages, despite pages 2, 3 and 4 being empty when I go to them. (Since they are not my departments tickets making up 4 pages worth of tickets...)

At the bottom it states showing 1-25 of 91 despite there only being 7 tickets listed above that. (I've not included the screenshot of the actual ticket list for confidentiality reasons)
Is this a known bug in this version and is there a workaround, or is rolling back to an older version or putting up with it for now the only options ?
I am in the process of configuring a third department - currently this department has no tickets but it also shows 91 open tickets etc, which aren't visible since they don't belong to that department.
