iframe or pop up error

The iframe or pop up when trying to set a password just is of the OS ticket front page and it is not interactive.

You’ll need to check your web server error logs and PHP error logs for any related errors.

No PHP error logs. Only nginx error I can see is:
/js/twint_ch.js" failed (2: No such file or directory),
/js/lkk_ch.js" failed (2: No such file or directory)

Ah, you are using NGINX which is not supported out-of-the-box; go read the system requirements and you'll see only Apache/LiteSpeed/IIS are listed. With that being said, you can use NGINX however it requires custom site configurations, etc. (hence why it's not supported out-of-the-box). You can go search previous posts/guides online for the appropriate site config to use -or- swap to a fully supported webserver.
