Just a curious though, can we build AI agents for our OSticket using N8N or any other platform wherein we can use AI to check simple things and then if need to book the ticket from there. Has anyone any use case ?
Surprising that no one is still building any Automation on OS Ticket yet

We are, but for v2.0. The legacy code is archaic and not very extensible. v2.0 will change this.
