Hi everyone,

lately i have tried to install osTicket on my Synology RS3621+ on DSM 7.2.2 but if i open the Web Station and load up the osTicket website and fill all the information it tells me to do, i get the install window which disappears after a sec and then gives me the http 500 error. I am absolutly clueless at the moment and definitly need some help.
Thanks for the helpers.

You can find the Installation documentation here:

Although the Prerequisites section is outdated and needs to be updated. Simply look at the website or github (v1.18.2 | v1.17.6) for the latest requirements for the specific version you are installing.

I would not recommend using a Synology installer or nothing like that. I would instead recommend installing osTicket the traditional way as outlined in the documentation.

    Cheers.

Do you have anything that might indicate why the site is currently returning a HTTP 500 error?
I have installed version 1.18.2 in the recommended fashion and get the same error.
I have validated that the usernames and passwords are correct.

I am installing this on my Ionos service (Debian GNU/Linux 11 (bullseye))

You would simply need to check your various error logs for related errors.

        Cheers.
