Hi,

When creating a task, I may need to insert images (via copy/paste or using the image logo).
But the email does not display the image. Here's the result, we only can read the "image" word :

And here's my template :

How can I fix it ?

My system information :

Thanks a lot for your help !

Edit : but we can see in mails the images included in tickets. The problem seems to be limited to images included into tasks

I would upgrade to PHP 8.2-8.4, upgrade to v1.18.2, and retest. If you can still replicate it then it's likely a bug that will need to be looked into.

    Cheers.

The PHP version installed on my Synology NAS is 8.2 and not 8.1.29.
How can I force osTicket to use another PHP version ?
Would this version be OK for the v1.18.2 ?
I've never upgraded a program on a NAS, I'm not very confident and I'm afraid of losing what is already set, despite of the upgrade video I've found ...

It's not a question of how to force osTicket to use a different PHP version. Instead it's a question of how do you get your webserver to use a different PHP version. I would recommend googling guides online specific to your setup and/or NAS documentation on how to switch PHP versions for a specific site.

I mentioned above that you can upgrade PHP to 8.2-8.4 so, yes, 8.2 is okay.

We don't have a NAS package or anything so maybe you used a 3rd party installer or something? Anyways, you should be able to do the normal upgrade process (if they didn't modify anything of course).

      Cheers.
