Hi, I'm interested in building an app for my clients that allows them to create, view, and respond to messages within support tickets. However, I noticed that the API currently only supports ticket creation. Is there any way to access or manage ticket conversations through the API? Has anyone found a workaround or implemented something similar?

    You are correct, our native API is super basic only allows for Ticket creation at this time. With this being said we are adding a fully RESTful API once v2.0 has been established so stay tuned! There are some mods out there but I cannot recommend them or anything.

      No set release date yet but we hope to release at least an RC/useable preview this year. After that comes the full v2.0 release. Then afterwards we will focus on adding many new features including fully RESTful API, etc.
