Hi dears,
I have a problem when replying to a user and adding attachment like Excel or word the attachment is not being received by the other person who opened the tickets , why this happens

    Screenshot of Admin Panel > Dashboard > Information. Also, when you click Post Reply does the attachment appear as attached to the reply in the Ticket Thread?

      Kevin is asking for your environment information.
      Webserver, osTicket version, PHP version, etc.

      You would also likely want to check your PHP error logs.
      I would also look to see if the console reports any errors.

      No the attached file not showing in the ticket when submitting post reply "when submitting post reply while adding the attachment it taking me out of the ticket when being back to ticket thread I can see the body text but no attachments"

        Sounds like session/browser issues. Can you retest on an entirely different device and network?

        You will also need to upgrade to v1.18.2 and retest.
