Hi,
im new in the osTicket and im trying to install this pluggin, all i did is installed the plugin, but i cant configure it.
Its not opening the configuration tab.

And in video after clicking it shows up other tab

    We now have multi-instance plugins so you must first click the Instances tab, create a new instance, and then configure it.

      Maybe there is some documantation about this plugin? Becase im making Bachelor's work about help desks.

      I have next problem i configured all correctly, but new its typing that access is denied for user who trying to log in using LDAP

        Use the username instead. Also, you will need to check AD logs to see if a login attempt is reaching the AD server, etc.

        You might try checking the "Use TLS to communicate with the LDAP server"
