I am trying to get email fetching working on our Company Ticketing System with osTicket v1.17.6 with Outlook. Had a clean installation without any kind of problem, and configured it without any difficulties, also got OAuth2 working on my support email (helpdesk@*****.com) with the correct permissions and enabled fetching, but as long as I send emails to it, it just doesn't get me any response in the "Agent Panel - Tickets" tab, and also no information in the Registers tab.

Tried creating some tickets as an user on the system, and after checking its created, agents also get this ticket redirected through helpdesk@*****.com and get into their inbox, so it is half-working. We actually want every new input email to make a ticket automatically, and that is the main problem.

Does someone know about what could I do then?
