Hello,
In osTicket, the ticket thread allows both users and agents/staff to post updates using canned responses or regular messages. However, every time a new post is made, the other party has to manually refresh the page or ticket to see the latest update.
Is there a way to make the thread update in real time, similar to a live chat feature?
- Can this be achieved through configuration or customization?
- Are there any existing plugins available that enable real-time updates?
Any guidance or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
