Unable to save draft.Refresh the current page to restore and continue your draft

Hi, We are currently using Osticket 1.17.3 with PHP 8.2, Apache2, and MySQL 8. I’ve noticed that when the Osticket ticket URL includes the topicId, customers are unable to autosave, and an error message appears: "Unable to save draft. Refresh the current page to restore and continue your draft." However, when opening the ticket without the topicId in the URL, autosaving works without any issues.

I discovered that if the URL contains the topicId, but I select a different help topic (one that is not related to the topicId, since the topicId remains unchanged after selecting the new help topic), the autosave works in this scenario.

You are using a customized version of osTicket. You'd need to retest on a fully vanilla install to see if you can replicate the same issues. If not, then you know the issue is specific to your customizations.
You are using an old version. You need to upgrade to v1.17.6 or v1.18.2 and retest.
