Mailer error

i get this errors but i think i have smtp fine?

I think thats maybe i have one mail thats with imap and the adminitrator email is another one so i need to configure this email with SMTP?

Hover the error in the system logs to see what the actual error message says.

Yea so your SMTP is failing so it's attempting to use Sendmail as a fallback but that's also failing (it's likely not configured on your server).

One issue I noticed is your SMTP hostname is supposed to be smtp.office365.com. Update that and retest.
