Not exactly a high priority issue here, but I've noticed that after upgrading to 1.18.2 the ticket counts appear to show the numbers across all departments, not just the ones agents have access to. See example below:

While "Unassigned" is a custom queue, all it's doing is filtering on open tickets where there's no assignee. Previously the numbers have only shown totals for tickets in the assigned department(s), but now it's showing the total for all departments. You can see there are 8 tickets in the screenshot but the ticket count shows 77.
Although I'm using PHP 8.3 now, it still occurred when using 8.2.

Anyone got any ideas if I'm doing something wrong here, or if it's a bug in 1.18.2?
