File Upload Error 403

Hi,

I started having issues in osTicket where any file we attempt to upload fails with 'File Upload Error - undefined 403'. Does anyone have any idea as to why this might be happening and/or how to diagnose this error?

PS. This is a new error - it has worked fine for months up to now and no known server changes that I am aware of.

What version of PHP are you using?

Is there a reason why you aren't running the latest version? v1.18.2?
Plus I would add the APCu extension for performance as it says.

Did you check the usual logs?

Server logs
PHP logs
Browser console errors
osTicket logs
To name a few?
